
Claire Hilbers, B.S., L.M.T., BASI Pilates
Claire Hilbers is a BASI Comprehensive Equipment Certified Pilates Instructor and Licensed Massage Therapist with over 15 years of experience helping clients move better, recover from injuries, and improve their overall quality of life. She specializes in using movement and manual therapy to improve posture, prevent injuries, reduce pain, and restore efficient movement patterns.
Claire earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Dayton before completing her training in Remedial Massage Therapy at the Australian College of Massage in Perth, Australia. Her expertise includes deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and sports massage. She has also completed advanced training in ScolioPilates® and Pilates for injuries and rehabilitation, allowing her to develop safe, individualized programs for clients with postural imbalances, chronic pain, scoliosis, and orthopedic conditions.
Claire works with clients of all ages and abilities, from individuals seeking pain relief and improved posture to athletes looking to enhance performance, prevent injuries, and return safely to activity.

Having lived in Australia, Canada, and the Netherlands, Claire and her husband relocated to Ohio in 2019 to raise their three children closer to family. Outside the studio, Claire enjoys trail running, open-water swimming, and embracing cold-water challenges. She is a member of the U.S. national ice swimming team and can often be found exploring the scenic rivers and plunge spots throughout the Chagrin Valley.
